Hourly Rate – $85
Streamlined Living imposes a $40/hour travel expense, billed in 15 minute increments, for projects located 25+ miles away from NW Denver (I70 & Federal).
All sessions include donation haul-away (donations must fit in Streamlined Living vehicle). All other donation and disposal drop-offs are $15 each. Streamlined Living also offers an array of assorted organizing products available for purchase at no up-charge!

Need an extra set of hands? For larger projects, we can bring in an additional organizer (or a team) to get the job done more efficiently.
To give you an idea of the time it takes for some projects, the examples below are just suggestions and rough estimates. Every home and situation is unique, and we’ll tailor your package to fit your specific needs.
Chaos Clean-Out – 12 hours
- A wardrobe purge and primary closet refresh
- Kitchen and pantry reorganization
- Post-move unpacking for a few key spaces (like your kitchen, pantry, and a smaller room)
The Overhaul – 25 hours
- Full basement or garage transformations
- Multi-room unpacking and organization
- Two organizers working two full days to maximize momentum
The Life Changer – 40 hours
This is your all-in, full reset option. Designed for whole-home transformations, this package is ideal for:
- Decluttering and organizing every room, top to bottom
- Full-service unpacking after a move
- Large-scale projects that benefit from a team of organizers for a faster, smoother experience
